thoughts about colonialism and the subaltern

In this semester i studied too about topic colonialism , the subject subaltern and the power hegemonic over minorities.
The construction of  a single social sistem and economic where the consumism sweep all the diferent way of life, is really violent for a nation it's not  inserted in thar  kind of system. the option to a good life it reduced
Under this sysmtem, the comunities indigenous it was debastated with her extraction and explotation indiscriminate of the naturals assets.
This facts, added too the racism on the par of the society, when the posibilitation to  indigenous be relegated to the poverty and clasificated to social class, it the principal characteristic of a subject subaltern.
The colonialism is the principal factor, in my opinion, the abuse and submission in the world, and support the racism and the violence over the race it's consider lower.
This kind of bihavior sistematized keeping the inequility of clases and deny the possibility of survive of survival of a culture different from the one that prevails.

The Images and they means

well choose one subject is complex... but i think the subject it had a really importance in this semester it is about the images.
The images have for me a incalculate burden of  means, as it says Roland Barthes, the images have a double edge, they show the reality, what has happened, what was there, but at the same time, its means can be changed if it used with a purpouse.
For example, it's not the same a single image, than a image with text ...or a cover of the magazine.... or newspaper images, even the images of a book. All this images are acompained for a text, text that they give them news means, meanings directed towards politicals speeches.

If we a take a picture like the humans zoos, we read in first place a indigenous put on the scene, keeping a pose with few clothes, with weapons like arrows and spears.
This kind of picture, for me, was the real sample of the colonialism, it is a sample of a thinking racist, how they expose and explote this people backin up on science, how to show this culture like a wils and animals, and as an extinct people. This it was the sample how a images can be a contribution for learning and history or not, even give us a misinformation. this kind of picture don't talk nothing about this culture, the closeth and weapons it's not the reals and the history behind this forced travels it's horrible and inhuman.

Margarita Canio Llanquinao, She is an adjunct professor in the Department of Languages, Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the Catholic University of Temuco. She study Bachelor in Education and Intercultural Basic Pedagogy in that same house of studies. His Master did it in American Studies at the University of Seville. In 2013 she published and edit the book "Mapuche history and oral knowledge. Survivors of the" Campaign of the desert"and "Occupation of the Araucania (1899-1926), of which a second edition is prepared. Its main area of ​​work is the teaching or dissemination of the Mapuche language in university, school and social contexts. She is a native speaker, her parents learns and speaked always mapudungun, in the school the teachers said she spoke badly and grow up knowing about the respect for own culture and what it´s means recism. Today is a recognized intelectual mapuche, she revitalize the culture and the language in all her works, and collect information and documentation apreciated for the mapuche history.
I choose her beacause is my pricinpal refenrence for my own studies of the culture mapuche.

From the art pre-hispanic to the revitalization of the culture mapuche

When i considerer this career, i never imagine how are the topic it was my first area of preference to study  .... the pre- hispanic arts was a begun entry to the exploration about the all kinds of cultures existing in the continent of America, in special the south America. The knowledge about the pre-hispanic art in the old Mexico and Guatemala caused in me a deep feeling of admiration and the needed to know more about this production that cover a complete cosmology. Know about the culture, like how to lived this people in that time, how are the importance for they the rituals and adoration to the gods and goddesses, and the connection with the nature and live in reciprocity under their cycles showme the importance of conservig this Knowledge and deepen this kind of study.

Later, this needed about the old knowledge it focus geographically, because Mexico and Guatemala it's so far. So, in Chile especially existed and exists many cultures natives, indigenous peoples, communities and languages, the most part of this indigenous peoples was killed, it was a genocide  before the colonialism. But someone of this indigenous peoples resist this genocide and they keeping live their culture, language and cummunities. One of this culture i choose study deeply it was the culture mapuche and their languages mapudungu. Maybe you asking why this culture? there are two reasons, the firts i write in the begin the text, the importance of conservig this Knowledge, recovery the cosmology for the apply in own live, like the respect for the nature and this stuff for the good living, and second, look the contingency, for the valuate political entailing the revitalization and visibility of poeple mapuche and all kind of representation in the space public and institutional in adeverse of the State oppressor and recist which violate the human rights of people indigenous.

The re-encounter

This picture is really special for me, because it's the better example of the friendship.
My best friend Antonio came two years ago from Spain to visted Chile, us not seen 10 year ago. The frienship keeping only for a letter and skype and e-mails, and long conversation about how we are thinking the world and ors stuff.
The friendship begun since 2000, when studied in third grade, we played be a character of charmed and star wars, we had alot  imagination, runing and jumping everywere, what a good time!
When we had therteen, we separated, i return with my family to Chile, but we keeping talk in the time, allways planned the reunion, like me travel to Spain or the place were he live or he came to my home with my family.
In summer of 2016 it's make true all dreams and talks. He had the money and the tickets to travel Chile, first he came to Santiago, in that moment i went travel in sur of chile with my partner, so he knew alone the city, then he travel to Atacama, there he work as a guide and knew all the tourit atraction.
Then, before a week he travel to south of Chile, in Puerto Montt,there was a place to the spected re-encounter. We travel for one week in the south, then we went travel to La Serena, we visit Camila, a great friend, she have a house in Valle del Elqui, in town of Paihuano.
So the picture it was in there town, in pound of the river. It was a special day with my old friend.

I would like talk mapudungun

It was two year as i went to my firts class of  mapudungun
this experience it was really exciting, cause always, from i was a teenage i think and i felt about de origin of  my great-grandmother it was descedant mapuche. In this way, i investigated about her origins, i found nothing, but this felt has continued.
One day i knowing about one course of the cultre and lenguage it's imparted in the philosophy faculty, so i took the course.
The firts class we presented ourselves, answer the question about our motivation to assist at the course. my  firts motivation it  wass abou this felt with  the origen of my grat-grand mother and the second was the interest about the culture and lenguage mapuche, and all cosmology.

The teachs it doing this quetions it was Hector Mariano speaker motherly of mapudungun, just see him you can know all the knowledge carry with him, and asking her about the wonderfull culture mapuche. People call her chacha, chacha it means men with alot knowledge, a person wise.

The history of  Mariano is very particular and valuable contribution for the revitalization of mapudungun. Mariano it was born in the field of south of Chile, he came to  the City, speak liltle bit of spanish, he estated work as a gardener in the Univesity of Chile, in this time he look for a people talk mapudungun, he knowing a few peoples talk mapudungun, and a lots students wanted learn mapudungun, this situation leading organized the firts shop of mapudungun.
Today Hector doing class of mapudungun like a academic, and the course it is a optional,  with alot students, they really wants to learn about this lenguage and his culture, and fight for a revitalization of mapudungun.

Today i continued learn mapudungun, and i think i a very important thing attain speak fluid mapudungun. I think it is a political action.

postgraduate course

When i graduate i will job and save money for a travel i plannig to do in two years, in this time i will take too in a workshop about the restoration, because i have a experience aboutr this topic.
This travel will be in France, why this place?, basically it's the better place to study this discipline, France is the most important reference about the art, there the study of restoration is very complete.

The topics we can see in this course is about colour, techniques of oil, paiting, conservation with chemical, and the study about the works of art, so is very complex and we can learn about de context os the piece to restoration, about the autor, and how they doo the work of art.

If i wiil do this course of restoration, i will have too the bets time to know and see in live all the greatest master of the paititng , sculpture, and engraving, all the arquitecture too, like Notredame and the castles from the average age, all that work of the master craifstmen.

On the another hand, will go to Italy before France, will go to do a Master of restoration there, because italy wass too a place with the same history and collection of arts, alots masters very
importants for the history of arts, and stay there and work with this master piece of arts it's exciting for me.

In Italy i like to learn more about restoration and visit the country, and learn the lenguage, i like live there for a while, and then come back to Chile for work in the restoration the patrimony of my country, because i think  we have alot culture to care and conserve.

the kindle of my dreams

The object tecnologic i love it is the Kindle
Kindle aparentibly is like a tablet, but the use it´s really specific, because the kindle is a perfect object technologic for readers, the screen have a particular characteristic, is not reflects the high brightness like the nootbooks, computer, tablets and smarth phones, the brightness level it's down, that particularity helps us not strain the eyes, and wecan read more time, so it's very useful for the people needs read alot text.
Another thing it have a wonderfull object technologic it´s the access at the all texts and books uploeaded to the internet, and dowloaded for reading in the kindle,also it's a object portaible, because it´s a small thing, it's really lightweight, so you can carry anywere.
i can´t got it, because i havent money enought, but i will buy when i found a job.
I will use for the university, for read the assignment of teachers, and for my own interest of learn. If i Will have i use all days of my life, because it’s greates object ever for me. My life Will be most easy if i have a Kindle, today  i use the computer and he book or copies the book, i  spend alot money for this, but it´s what i had.
So that been the reasons why i choose the kindle.

When i finished the school i completed safe i want to study law in the Universidad de Chile, but the destiny had to another plans for me... later i took the PSU in two times, i can't superated the score to demand for go into the carrer . I neded a second plan....

The website gave the option you to take in acordance with your score, it show me the carrer of Theory and History of Arts, it' seemed really interesting... so i began the investigation about this carrer, i founnd the program and saw the subject, i fallen in love. Then, my mother went with me at the festival of "mechones". there i found the stand of the carrer whith a student. I asked about the carrer and the subject, also the academics. i was found the carrer y want to study.

Hi! my name is Macarena Herrera, I was born in summer of 1993, exactly 29 of february. Born under the sign aquarius was a mark of my character extroverted.

When i was a child... more then now, i really like dress up with the clouthes of my grandmother, like your shoes, her brassiere, and put on make in my face...later i wen to star-room  for all my parents watched my style and my walk in the catwalk. i loved steal the attention...

Then, when i was a tennegear my character extroverted remain, i begin does sport and participate in competition of rythmic giymnastic in the sport center of Mallorca. I loved feel nervious afetr the competition, and the preparation of the uniform and the make up. Allways like dance in plublic, and the rythmic gymnastic add to the flexiblitiy, piroutte and  implements like the ring, the ball and the ribbon, y loved the ribbon.
